Welcome to Alphobya
The mental health platform where nothing is off-limits.
This is the space where we drop the filters, the stigma, and get real about what’s going on in our minds.
Raw, honest, and sometimes uncomfortable — but always real.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety that won’t quit, burnout that’s creeping in, phobias that hold you back, or just the weight of everyday life, you’re not alone.
At AlPhobya, we believe mental health deserves raw honesty and fearless conversation. Because mental health isn’t neat or polite — it’s messy, complicated, and deeply human. And that’s okay.
So let’s talk about it. Let’s name the monsters under the bed. Let’s break down the science, the feelings, the why and how of it all. Let’s build tools and strategies so you can feel more in control of your story.
Our Story
AlPhobya was born from frustration — with the silence, the shame, and the endless tiptoeing around mental health.
We’re mental health professionals, advocates, educators, and real people who’ve been on both sides of the struggle. We’ve sat in therapy rooms, in hospital waiting rooms, on bathroom floors at 2am. We’ve felt stuck, scared, numb, exhausted, hopeful, and everything in between.
And we know this: talking about it changes things. Understanding it changes things.
At AlPhobya, we’re committed to:
-
Telling the Truth. We say the quiet parts out loud. We talk about topics others avoid — intrusive thoughts, trauma, phobias, self-harm urges, shame, and more — because silence is where stigma thrives.
-
Educating Without Ego. We translate clinical knowledge into everyday language. No jargon, no condescension — just clear, evidence-based info you can actually use.
-
Making Help Accessible. We know not everyone can afford therapy or finds it easy to access. We aim to bridge that gap with resources, affordable consultations, and soon, workshops.
-
Creating Community. Healing happens in connection. Whether through our blog, workshops, or conversations, we’re building a space where you can feel seen and supported.
This is a platform for those who are ready to get real about mental health — even when it’s uncomfortable. Because that’s how change begins.

Who We Are
We are three individuals united by a shared passion: breaking the stigma around mental health. With different backgrounds but one mission, we’ve come together to create a space where conversations about wellbeing are open, honest, and accessible. Our goal is to raise awareness, share knowledge, and empower people to care for their minds just as they do their bodies.
